Ladies and Gentlemen, tonight we have something special! The winner of Luxe Paris Look of the Year, Ms. Avalon Chrome, has made her styling debut! She is now a stylist for Luxe, and for her first two pieces, she has chosen to bring real-life art to second life. She chose Canadian artist Dave Brewin.
The first outfit is called Brewin GROOVE. It is a dress with matching boots.
As you can see, Ms. Chrome is looking chic and fabulous in this outfit. Now, when I put it on, I went for a very hippy, flower-child kind of look. This dress just screamed this style. I also grabbed a close-up shot of the boots too. The detail that went into this, it is amazing!
I decided to have some fun and have a colorful, psychedelic background and add bubbles to it. Truly give it the hippy feel.
Yes, this look will definitely be one of my favorites simply because of how groovy it is.
The next piece is a dress entitled Brewin KEEPER Dress. This dress is bold, very chic, and sexy.
In the above picture, one can see the detail of this gown. Oh yeah, it also has a replica of the artist's signature on it as well. Talk about authentic! I paired this gown with a very chic hairstyle and some abstract-looking jewelry, and whew! It looks amazing!
I even chose to go barefoot with this one. For some reason, it feels like a barefoot kind of gown. I really like this gown and think that Ms. Avalon did a bang-up job for her first time designing. I hope to see more of her work as we through the year.
